Message from the chairman

Our dreams with good intention can can only be achieved by working towards it with honest and  in a desciplined way. Continuing it with confidence and perceverence will give positive outcomes useful to other people. Slowly some  good people recognise the results and words spread to the community. In long run you would have helped several people which will give us self satisfaction. This is not an extract from a motivational book but from my 30 years of mentoring/teaching life.  

In these years, we have thought a few thousand students. out of these, several hundred of them became engineers. But close to one hundred people would never become Engineers if they have not associated with us. Same is the case with about two dozen chidren got seected and studied/studying in Navodya/Sainik Schools.  Same with a half dozen of our students getting selected for Government jobs and an other few with some other options. 

Most of the succesful ones among these were good in math and reasoning and most of the others were not. The main reason identified from my long years of teaching is that the parents and teachers tell chidren that mathematics and reasoning are tought to learn and students believe that. Such students say that they hate mathematics and reasoning. It is like hating swimming without even once getting into waters. 

 This is not good for future of our chidren since entrance tests for most of prestegious educationa institutes  contain mathematics and reasoning. Simiarly competitive exams to Governemnt and other jobscontain simiar syllebus. Hence most of the children who fear mathematics and resoning are deprived of entry to these institutes and jobs and it is advantage to others right.  

 To help students to avoid this, we motivated several thousand school and coege students in past 25 years.  There were considerabe results. But we thought there is a need of a educational institute, which make the students join elite educational institutes or to get into great careers. PRABINS is a project aimed at this and many more. In addition to making students of PRABINS profficeinet in mathematics and reasoning, we aim to put our 30 long years of experinence to build leadership qualities in the children.
